Our Relationship Management team continue to be based onsite at Portchester House reception. Each room has an intercom allowing you to speak with our management team; our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm and we have a 24/7 security team available on +44 (0) 7702 569 217 should you need us out of hours.
Our staff have begun to assist with deliveries alongside the current parcel holding service and are able to support anyone who is required to self-isolate during their stay. Advice for those who are in self-isolation can be found here.
If you do have to self-isolate during your stay please inform us and this information will be kept in confidence and helps protect our teams so we can ensure that we do not send any of our staff to your home to undertake routine tasks, such as maintenance, and means we can help you with services such as rubbish collection.
Our contract move-in dates are flexible allowing you to move-in on a date that best suits you. Our rooms are all studios providing you with your own kitchen and bathroom. There is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket and Gymbox conveniently located next to Portchester House.
The Skylounge and study area remain open for residents to enjoy as an extension of their home. These will be closed these at 10pm to align with the latest government advice. We have introduced additional cleaning to these areas along with other communal areas in the building. We have also installed a hand-washing station at the entrance of Portchester House.
Our maintenance teams are operating as normal and are equipped with PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitiser. Before we carry out a visit to your home, a member of our team will get in touch to check if anyone in your household is displaying symptoms or self-isolating. If you are at home when a member of team carries out a visit, we will keep a two-metre distance or ask that you stay in another room during the visit. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
