Book a studio at Portchester House for the academic year of 2025/26 and receive £200 off your rent.

Terms and conditions

  • This offer is only available for new Portchester House bookings made for academic year 25/26.
  • The offer is only available to anyone booking a studio at Portchester House between 27th February and the 30th April 2025 and by paying the £250 reservation fee within the promotion period.
  • The £200 will be credited to your Portchester House rent account at the point of move-in and will be deducted from either your first rent instalment or your full rent payment.
  • The £200 will not be refundable.
