Guarantor Requirements

If you choose to pay in 3 instalment you will be required to nominate us with a UK Guarantor.

The Guarantor will need to provide us with the following information.

• Full Name
• UK Address
• Contact number
• Email address

We will then request the following document from your Guarantor

• Certify colour copy of passport.
• Proof of address, such as council tax letter or utility bill.
• Evidence of income would be required to confirm affordability.

Your Guarantor will need to meet our affordability criteria of 30x the monthly rent and we will request they complete a credit check via Canopy.
