Whether you will be starting your course in January, undertaking a work placement between studies, or you are coming to the UK as part of a study abroad exchange programme, our team can assist you. Portchester House has rooms for short-term student accommodation in the heart of London.

Our semester stays start from 35 weeks with flexible move in dates. Our location in Elephant and Castle offers you close access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines. Situated in TfL Zones 1 and 2, the station is a only 3 minute walk from your building.

What is included

Firstly, we have your WiFi covered. We know how important this is for any student’s day-to-day life and studies, so it’s included in your rental costs. Our on-site team can assist with parcel collection for any deliveries from yourself, friends or family. Our Skylounge and study area are open to all our residents, no matter the length of stay.

Portchester House is home to a diverse community. Students from across the globe call us home during their stay at university. The local community offers a variety of bars and restaurants to socialise with friends, student neighbours and course peers.
