Whether you are an existing resident, joining us in the next academic year or a student spending some time visiting London this summer, Portchester House is a Central London location for all.

Students who book their accommodation with us will also have access to the 20th floor Skylounge. The communal area is a great space to relax and socialise after a long day of studying or being out and about in London city.

Existing Residents

If you are looking to spend your summer with friends or you are sticking around for a part-time job / internship, why not stay? Save the hassle of moving and keep your room a little longer. You can even renew and continue into the next academic year.

Upcoming Residents

We know arriving early and getting settled in is important. Come and get to know your new home or catch up with friends before the busy year ahead. Either way, you’ll be ready to enjoy the freshers week.

Don’t worry, we are more than happy to welcome you earlier than your contract date. There are select rooms available for this but we will make the move into your new room as smooth as possible. Then you’re all set for the academic year ahead.

Individual Students

Travelling through or into London this summer? Both rooms and facilities at Portchester House accommodation are open to all students. Experience city living, attend a summer school or take a language course.
